All fees are due in full when booking and a valid ticket must be displayed on your tent or caravan / campervan whilst on the camping field.
Prices include 20% VAT. All prices are per pitch per night.

Additional Information, Payments & Cancellations
Showers are free of charge
Gazebos and Event Tents are only available in Oak Field (see optional extras above) – other fields will require an additional pitch to be booked to maintain fire & Covid 19 safety distancing.
Weekends, Peak Season and Bank Holiday Weekends – Minimum stays: There is a minimum 2-night booking for Fri / Sat at weekends for all pitch types from April to Mid July and from October to March for hardstanding electric hookup pitches for pre- bookings. Single nights may be available on the day, please phone for late availability.
For Easter, Early May Bank Holiday and Late May (Whitsun) Bank Holiday weekends there is a minimum 3 night booking which must include the Friday, Saturday & Sunday evenings (extra nights can be added before or after if required). For the peak summer School Holiday period there is a minimum 4 night booking for weekends. For the August Bank Holiday weekend there is a minimum 4 night booking which must include the Fri / Sat / Sun evenings. Single or double nights may be available on the day if there are any cancellations or space left after pre-bookings have arrived.
Payment: Full payment is due at the time of booking. We accept payment by Debit Cards, Bank Transfer or Cash.
(Please note above prices may vary slightly depending on exact dates chosen, the final price including any extras you have selected will be calculated automatically by our booking system and shown to you prior to payment being taken either online or over the phone)
Green Discount: Any customer arriving by public transport, bicycle, on foot or by electric vehicle is entitled to a £1 per night per pitch discount.
Long Stays: There is a 5% deduction available for stays of 14 days or longer if paid in advance – please get in touch for more details.

Cancellation Policy
Before making a booking please check you have chosen the correct dates and pitch size / type and read our terms and conditions and cancellation policy here as payment is taken as acceptance of them. These terms, including the Cancellation Policy, apply from the time of making and paying for an online, telephone booking or booking in person in reception and agreeing to accept our T&C’s. Please note the following refund policy will apply in the event of all cancellations by the customer so for short notice bookings, cancellation fees will apply:
For cancellations with:
- more than six weeks notice – 75% of the total booking fee will be refunded.
- less than six weeks’ notice – 50% of the total booking fee will be refunded.
- less than four weeks’ notice – 25% of the total booking fee will be refunded.
- less than two weeks’ notice, 10% of the total booking fee will be refunded.
- less than one weeks’ notice or ‘no-shows’ on the day, no refund will be due.
If you leave your pitch earlier than booked, no refunds can be given.
You may change the dates of your holiday up to six weeks prior to your arrival date subject to a 10% or £20 re-booking administrative fee whichever is the higher. Changes with less than six weeks notice will be subject to our normal cancellation policy above.
Covid: As all Covid restrictions have now been lifted by the government, any cancellations will be subject to our normal cancellation policy above.
If you cancel due to Accident, Medical, Bereavement or other major unforeseen reason, we may, at our discretion, carry forward bookings subject to named supporting evidence being supplied from a doctor, hospital, pharmacist, nurse or other authority to confirm the reason for cancellation (a re-booking fee may apply). If you are part of a group, this will only apply to your booking & not to other members of your group. For all other non medical cancellation reasons or weather related cancellations the cancellation policy will apply and we recommend that you take out holiday insurance to cover these.
All cancellations must be notified in writing by email or post and will apply from the date received & confirmed.
We strongly advise that you take out normal holiday insurance to cover your camping holiday at Stubcroft.
