Booking

As we only have a limited number of pitches available, please book early for peak season weekends and bank holidays as all the camp sites along the south coast fill up very quickly, especially during periods of good weather. It is highly advisable to download the directions given to ensure you arrive easily.

Please Note: Confirmation of bookings will not be given unless specifically requested on the top of the booking form. Alternatively, please e-mail confirmation requests as we cannot confirm if we have a booking over the phone.

Deposit:

The deposit is £20 per pitch, and can be paid by cheques, postal orders or a BACS transfer (please notify/book via email if paying with a BACS transfer).

Deposits & Cancellations

Please note that deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the customer. For late cancellations with:

• less than one weeks' notice, 50% of the total amount
  of the booking will be due.
• 24-48 hours advance notice, 75% of the total amount
  of the booking will be due.
• less than 24 hours notice or 'no-shows' on the day,
  the full amount of the booking will be due.

If you leave your pitch earlier than booked, no refunds can be given.
