We only accept cash, or cheques and BACS provided there is enough time for these to clear prior to arrival. We do not take Visa, Credit or Debit Cards yet.

We are open all year round (except Christmas). Our accommodation includes double, twin bedded / family rooms. (Single occupancy may be available on request) All rooms are centrally heated and have H&C washbasins, Tea and Coffee making facilities, Colour Television etc. A lounge, refrigerator and garden are available for guests use. There is ample off road parking provided and assistance with luggage if required.

Weekly Rates: 10% discounts are available for weekly bookings of 7 nights or more – please ask for details

Green Discount: To encourage green travel guests arriving by bicycle, public transport, electric cars or by foot will be given a "green discount" of £1 per night and we can arrange collection by car from the nearest bus stop.

Balance Payment – is due on arrival. We accept cheques with a valid cheque guarantee card (to the value of the card) or cash. We do not take Visa, Credit or Debit cards.

Please note:
During peak season (May - August), there is a minimum 2 night booking at weekends. Whitsun, August Bank Holidays & Goodwood Festivals there is a minimum 3 night stay at weekends.

Booking: To book simply fill in the enclosed booking form & return with a deposit of 25% of the total cost. Please make cheques payable to “Stubcroft Farm”.

Cancellation Policy: Please note that deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the customer. For late cancellations with:

• less than one weeks' notice, 50% of the total amount
  of the booking will be due.
• 24-48 hours advance notice, 75% of the total amount
  of the booking will be due.
• less than 24 hours notice or 'no-shows' on the day,
  the full amount of the booking will be due.

If you leave your room earlier than booked, no refunds can be given.
